Villa Can Xanet Gran is located in the heart of the countryside between the old town Pollensa and Alcudia with views to the countryside and mountains near to the beaches of Alcudia, Puerto Pollensa and Cala San Vincente. Open-plan kitchen/dining area, fully fitted kitchen. Comfortable lounge with Satellite TV, DVD and Stereo. On the ground floor there is a complete bathroom. Upstairs is a double bedroom with en suite bathroom, two twin bedrooms and a bathroom. Large patio doors in the dining area open out onto the furnished terrace with a built in barbecue. The terrace overlooks the swimming pool surrounded by a lawned garden. Villa Xanet Gran can be rented along with nearby Can Xanet Jade which is ideal for two families travelling together. Towels and bedlinen changed every 7 days.
