Traditional villa in the La Font area of Pollensa, a 5-minute cycle ride from Pollensa Old Town with all its bars, restaurants, cafes and shops. Very family-friendly house,  all at ground level with a gated garden with lawns and a fantastic pool. Spacious open-plan interior, with a good combination of modern styling and traditional Mallorcan design. There are interior stone walls, cool terracotta-tiled floors, and beamed ceilings. The heart of the house is the lounge, dining room and kitchen which has the feeling of a barn conversion. These rooms have high, beamed ceilings and exposed stone and stucco walls. The lounge area is very comfortable and has satellite TV, a DVD and CD stereo. The kitchen has lots of storage space in a pantry and fitted cupboards. There is also a second dining table and chairs here, a dishwasher and a large fridge-freezer. There are 2 air-conditioned bedrooms. The double and twin bedrooms both have air-conditioning. The third bedroom is a single room off the lounge area, most suitable as a child’s room, with a fan. There are 2 bathrooms, 1 with a bath and a shower and 1 bathroom with a shower.  
At the back of the house there is a very private and relaxing garden with great mountain views. It has a lovely pool, surrounded by lawns and shaded by tall trees. 
A covered terrace overlooks the garden and pool. There is  a barbecue here and also a gate that closes off the pool area from the house, to keep adventurous small children safe!
This is a great family villa with lots of Mallorcan character, in a really good location, La Font, within easy walking distance of Pollensa and just a short drive from the beach and resort of Puerto Pollensa.
