In a quiet area only some 3 km on the east-side of Inca, one of the biggest cityies of Mallorca, in the center of the island, is the cottage Finca Can Caragol, for up to 6 persons, with private atmosphere, its own pool (aprox.6x3,5m), pool terrace with sunbeds and parasol. Covered furnished terrace by the house. Well kept gardens, lawn, orange-trees, etc. . The perfect holiday home to relax, with friends or in family. On the ground of aprox. 4000m2, completely fenced, is the villa Finca Can Caragol, with aprox. 120m2 living-area, nicely decorated: Livingroom with 2 sofas, satellite-TV, fire place (only decoration), dining-table and with direct access to the terrace. Open kitchen with breakfast bar, completely equipped, vitro-ceramic with 3 rings, oven, micro-weave, fridge, dishwasher, coffee machine, etc. Three bedrooms: one with double bed (190x150cm) and bath/2 wash bassins/WC.
