This splendid villa, recently built is located in the heart of rural countryside of Ibiza, near Santa Gertrudis. \r\n
The house is on two floors. The ground floor has a spacious living room opening onto the terrace, the garden and the pool area with dining table and large awning.\r\n
A full and open kitchen to dining room. All with large windows facing the outside surroundings. \r\n
Between the house and the pool, we have built an apartment with separate kitchen and a cinema (or extra bedroom).\r\n

At the back of the room down some steps and after a complimentary toile the villa has 2 bedrooms:\r\n
