Traditional style family villa located on a hill in Cala Moli area, enjoying breathtaking views over the sea, the islands and some of the west coast. Surrounded by a pine wood and Mediterranean vegetation, the villa enjoys numerous outdoor spaces on its 1700m2 of fenced land, including a beautiful waterfall. The house, completely renovated and equipped in 2013 is located just 5 minutes drive from the beaches of Cala Moli, Cala Tarida and Cala Vadella and only 5 minutes drive from the town of Sant Josep where all types of services are available. Ibiza and the airport are 20 minutes.
