It´s a very elegant, wide and bright villa. The distribution of the villa is divided into two floors: on the top floor there is a bedroom and a bathroom. On the ground floor; is the second bedroom, the living room, dining room and the kitchen. In addition, another point of the distinction is the indoor grill, integrated within the kitchen that will allow you to enjoy the warm evening of summer. Another attractive characteristic is its intimate terrace located on the top floor where you see the amazing views of golf course. In only 5 minutes car driving you can reach the famous sea promenade of Meloneras where you can find all kind of restaurants, bars and shops.Adicional costs:
