On the MAIN FLOOR there is a living room with access to the covered terrace and the pool area. A living room with TV / SAT and access to the covered terrace and the pool area. EXTERNAL: There is a large terrace where there 9x5 rectangular pool with roman steps, metal staircase and outdoor shower is. There is a nice outdoor summer kitchen which consists of a gas stove, a portable grill and an outside toilet. There can park 4 vehicles on the same property.
LOCATION: Without any doubt this villa is ideal to relax during the holidays, besides offering closeness to the beach and the center of Moraira. It is 1.4 km from the nearest beach and 1.8 km from Moraira town center. The nearest supermarket is 2.1 km away.
