INTERNAL: This charming villa consists of two floors connected by external stairs. On the GROUND FLOOR, you will find a living-dining room equipped with TV Sat / Tdt, an open equipped kitchen as well as two bedrooms with a double bed in each one (one of them has a bathroom en suite with shower), a bedroom with a single bed and an independent bathroom with bathtub. On the other hand, the UPPER FLOOR consists of a living-dining room with air conditioning, an independent equipped kitchen and a large covered terrace. It also has a bedroom with a double bed and air conditioning, a bedroom with two single beds, a bedroom with a single bed and also a separated bathroom with bathtub.

EXTERIOR: It disposes a large fenced plot consisting of a well-equipped covered barbecue area, garden and a private pool to cool off.
