Beautiful holiday villa with private pool located in Calpe (Costa Blanca) for 10 people, with beautiful views of the sea and the Rock of Ifach.

INTERIOR: The accommodation is divided into 3 floors, connected by internal stairs and exterior ramp. The GROUND FLOOR is independent of the rest of the house and it is accessed by an exterior ramp: it consists of a beautiful living room decorated with taste and equipped with DTT / Sat TV and air conditioning, a modern well-equipped kitchenette, two double bedrooms With air conditioning and a separate bathroom with shower. On the MAIN FLOOR, we find a fully equipped kitchenette that communicates with the living room with designer furniture, equipped with DTT / Sat TV and air conditioning and gives access to the outdoor terrace and the pool area. This same floor also has a double bedroom with air conditioning and a bathroom with bathtub. The HIGH FLOOR is accessed by internal stairs that lead to a large double bedroom equipped with air conditioning, dressing room, access to a terrace with beautiful sea views and en suite bathroom with shower. And finally another bedroom with double bed, terrace and air conditioning.

EXTERIOR: It has a beautiful terrace with comfortable furniture, where you can enjoy next to the rectangular heated pool (8x4) or prepare a delicious meal on the barbecue, while we enjoy the views of the sea and the emblematic Peñón de Ifach . The plot surrounding the house is wooded and consists of 2 outdoor parking spaces.

LOCATION: The villa is located in the urbanization of Canuta Baja, a quiet area near the sea, just 600m from the sandy beach of Puerto de Blanco. The center of Calpe with all its services is 2.3km away and the Peñón de Ifach is 5km from the accommodation.
