INTERIOR: The GROUND FLOOR consists of a living room and an open kitchen with hob. A bedroom with a double bed. Two bedrooms with two single beds each and two independent bathrooms with shower. The UPPER FLOOR consists of a spacious living room with SAT / DTT TV, exit to the terrace overlooking the sea and the pool. A fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher and hob. Two bedrooms with a double bed each. One bedroom with two single beds and two independent bathrooms with shower.
EXTERIOR: It has a large 10x5 oval pool with Roman stairs and an outdoor shower. There is an extensive terrace, in which there is a covered area with barbecue. They can park up to 4 vehicles on the same plot.
LOCATION: The villa is located in a pleasant area at the foot of the mountain of Calpe, quiet and wooded. It is 4.6 km from the nearest beach and all restaurants. The center of Calpe, as well as the nearest supermarket is 4km away.
