One bedroom with double bed and another bedroom with two single beds. And finally there is a bathroom with a bathtub.

EXTERNAL: Beautiful garden and a large terrace with the 8x4 pool with roman steps and outdoor shower. There is a summer kitchen with gas stove to prepare outdoor meals. On the same property there is parking for two vehicles.

LOCATION: The villa is located in a privileged area, due to the calmness and proximity to the beaches and all shops. The nearest sandy beach is 2.3 km away, as are the restaurants. The nearest supermarket is 2.7 km away and Calpe city center is reached in 3.8 km.
