INTERNAL: This magnificent bungalow consists of the GROUND FLOOR, which consists of a living-dining room with SAT TV/TDT and access to the covered terrace with sea views. A fully equipped open kitchen with ceramic hob and dishwasher. A laundry room with washing machine and a guest toilet. The LOWER FLOOR consists of a bedroom with two single beds. Two bedrooms each with a double bed, one with a bathroom with bathtub en suite. Finally, there is a bathroom with shower.
EXTERNAL: There is a large rectangular 16x6 communal pool with roman steps and outdoor shower and a second pool for the little ones. On the terrace there is a portable barbecue where you can prepare outdoor meals. There is a parking space for a vehicle outside the property.
LOCATION: This bungalow is located in an urbanization that offers proximity to the beaches and the city center. It is just 600 meters to the sandy beach and 800 meters to the nearest supermarket. Calpe city center is 1.4 km away.
